Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Canada in collaboration with Tricera Print Studio.
Each package includes a sturdy shipping tube, personal branded packaging, and a shipping label.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is fulfilled, you can expect approximate delivery within:
• Canada: 1–2 weeks
• USA: 2–3 weeks
• Europe: 3–4 weeks
• Other regions: up to 4 weeks

Please note that these are estimated timelines based on standard shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, email us at hello@irahavuka.ca with your full shipping address, and we’ll provide a custom quote for an expedited option.

Duties and Taxes

All items are shipped from Canada.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country upon arrival.

Delayed Shipments

Once your package reaches the destination country and is handed over to the local courier, tracking updates and delivery times are outside of our control.
For international shipments, please reach out directly to your local courier for the most accurate updates.
For Canadian shipments or additional help, contact us at hello@irahavuka.ca and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment isn’t picked up on time and is marked for return:
• Within Canada: It will be returned to us. We can re-ship your order, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
• Outside Canada: Unfortunately, international returns are rarely completed and are often disposed of locally. In these cases, we are not responsible for sending replacements. You are welcome to place a new order if desired.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the box before opening it, and of any damage to the print inside.
Send these photos to hello@irahavuka.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once reviewed, we’ll cover the cost of sending a replacement.

Additional Information

As of September 2025, our carrier has introduced a $2 brokerage fee for all shipments to the United States.
This fee applies only to U.S. orders and does not affect shipments to other destinations.
