Refund policy

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Prints

We accept returns on prints only if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any damage or defect.

  • To start a return, email hello@irahavuka.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Prints must be in the same condition you received them, unused and unmounted.

  • Please re-package the print exactly as it arrived to minimize transit damage.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
If your print arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same item instead of a refund. Please email hello@irahavuka.ca to arrange this.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artworks

  • Limited or special edition prints

  • Framed or stretched prints

  • Gift cards or digital products

Include: your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged.
